The Administrative Assistant I provides a variety of administrative and clerical duties supporting the Administrative II’s and Paralegals. This individual will work with limited supervision, and cooperatively with the Legal staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook are needed to schedule meetings, create spreadsheets and index timelines for multiple legal projects. Handles basic administrative tasks for the Legal department or for specific Legal teams.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of Office Administrative experience required. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Exhibit strong organizational skills. Strong administrative and organization skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to produce quality work with attention to detail. Must be self-directed and independent with projects, while possessing the ability to work with others. Excellent customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new programs. Must maintain a high level of professionalism.
