Hybrid OK. Open to anyone in Florida that live close to one of their offices in Boca, West Palm Beach, Miami, Jacksonville, or Tallahassee and willing to travel to the Orlando office for business needs. Will be providing support to attorneys by handling all phases of commercial real estate transactions including organizational structuring, due diligence, financing negotiation, and closing. Varied responsibilities, including, reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases, preparing important dates memos and closing checklists, reviewing and analyzing title commitments, underlying title instruments and ALTA surveys, and drafting summaries and objection letters relating to title reviews.
