Job Description
?? Litigation Paralegal – Construction Litigation ?? Downtown Orlando | ?? $75,000 – $85,000 | ?? Hybrid after 90 days (2 days/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Draft motions, affidavits, and discovery documents
- Manage e-discovery and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files
- Oversee case management and assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
What You’ll Need:
- Paralegal Certificate or 5+ years of litigation experience
- In-depth knowledge of Florida & U.S. District Court procedures
- Experience with Relativity, Reveal, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with all stages of litigation including trial EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.
