Litigation Paralegal (Intellectual Property) Beusse Sanks, PLLC Orlando, FL 32803 • Hybrid work We are an award winning, entrepreneurial intellectual property (“IP”) law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced IP litigation paralegal to join our team and work directly with our attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with federal litigation (we litigate across the country) and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. We also handle a few Florida state court matters. We consider our litigation paralegal the quarterback of our litigation team because we count on this position to manage the caseload and to ensure all deadlines are met timely. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.
