We’re a trusted law firm serving businesses and individuals across Florida for over 40 years, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Orlando office-named a “Coolest Workspace” by Orlando Weekly. About the Role As a Corporate Paralegal, you will work alongside experienced attorneys in Corporate, Tax, and the Mergers & Acquisition practice areas, supporting transactional legal matters. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys collaborating with a team. Key Responsibilities
Incorporate and organize business and nonprofit entities, file regulatory documents, and manage corporate dissolutions.
Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, annual reports, and board of director updates.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, preparing and organizing closing documents.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on corporate and tax matters.
Track billable hours and client expenses with accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends through training and continuing education.
Support new attorney and paralegal onboarding.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience as a transactional paralegal in Corporate, Tax, or M&A practice areas.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred).
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage matters independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, and legal document management software (experience with iManage preferred).
