The Temporary Immigration Document Processing Assistant will assist in reviewing and organizing immigration-related documents. The main responsibilities include
- Collecting, reviewing, and organizing documents necessary for immigration petitions and applications
- Communicating with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
- Updating and maintaining both electronic and physical client records
- Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure compliance with legal deadlines
- Performing other administrative support tasks as required in a high-demand legal environment.
Skills Required

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Fluency in Portuguese is required due to the client base
