JOB SPECIFICS
Paralegal with at least 3 years experience handling creditor bankruptcy matters.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience drafting reaffirmation agreements, motions for relief from stay, proof claims and plan reviews is a requirement. Must have an overall knowledge of bankruptcy law. Experience in multiple jurisdictions is preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is preferred, but not required.
