Candidate should have experience with a file from inception to completion including but not limited to: complaint preparation and filing summons’ preparation service of process motion for default notice of dropping party motion for final judgment affidavits in support of final judgment preparation of final judgment packages, default judgements or trial packages foreclosure sales, preparation of notices of sale & publication of notices of sale preparation of affidavits of indebtedness (AOI) preparation of attorney fees and cost affidavits Candidate should be able to e-file pleadings, e-serve pleadings, set hearings and communicating with clients in Tempo, LPS and other client systems and communicating with Opposing counsel. Experience with LPS and Case Aware a plus. We are a small firm focused on culture and safety of our team. The law firm has been open since 2009 with a focus on creditor, default legal work.
