Experienced Litigation Paralegal Scarfone Auto Accident & Personal Injury Attorneys 2424 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431 Overview We’re looking to bring on an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team at Scarfone Law Group . The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and be skilled in various legal administrative tasks. This role is crucial in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. The Personal Injury Paralegal will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate effective case management. Experience & Responsibilities Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. Proficiency on how to draft and respond to discovery, file lawsuits, coordinate depositions, prepare for trial, and keep things moving. Keeping track of deadlines and court requirements. Preparing files for mediations, depositions, and trial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Experience using legal research tools such as Westlaw is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. BI-Lingual preferred but not required.
