Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters. Prepare and organize documents related to mandatory disclosure, ensuring all necessary financial information is gathered and provided in compliance with legal requirements. Support attorneys during litigation by preparing case files, managing evidence, and drafting legal documents such as petitions, motions, and discovery requests. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts, ensuring smooth case progression. Conduct legal research, draft correspondence, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience. Proven experience in family law, especially in litigation and mandatory disclosure processes. Strong knowledge of family law procedures, including discovery, financial disclosures, and court filings. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
