Litigation Paralegal Legal Firm Employment West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Exceptional, rare opportunity exists in a prominent, well-regarded regional law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida for an experienced defense litigation paralegal to join their team due to growth! This position consists of a vast array of paralegal duties, including: Attending and assisting in trials as support for attorneys. Assisting with preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, mediations and arbitration. Providing assistance with document review and production. Drafting complaints, answers, subpoenas, motions and client correspondence. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelors degree or paralegal certificate, as well as at least 3 years solid litigation paralegal experience. Must be willing to showcase their legal skills in a rewarding environment.
