We are a fast-growing Personal Injury & Immigration Law Firm seeking a skilled, detail-oriented PI Paralegal with prior experience on the defense or insurance side. What We’re Looking For:

Prior personal injury experience required (plaintiff or defense, adjusters welcome!) Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who knows how claims are really handled—and can anticipate the other side’s moves A team player who’s positive, professional, and driven

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and file legal documents, manage deadlines and case files Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Track treatments and handle follow-ups with precision Calendar and case manage using CRM and CMS systems Collaborate with legal team and help lead support staff when needed
