Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Bodily Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a Bodily Injury Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and clients to manage files during all phases of the ligation process, from inception through settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain case files, pleadings and legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing parties, and internal team members. Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and court appearances. Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial notebooks. Ensure accurate and timely entry of billable tasks and expenses.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of litigation experience. Previous experience in insurance defense, specifically bodily injury, strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of state and federal court procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
