The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, be proactive in case management, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide litigation support to attorneys handling personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, answers, discovery, subpoenas, and motions Manage litigation calendars and ensure all deadlines are met Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and medical records Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Prepare settlement demand packages and assist in negotiations Assist attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Must be able to work in-office in our Boca Raton location
