Description:

We are a Florida-based estate planning law firm seeking a bilingual paralegal (Spanish/English) with at least 1 year of professional experience in Florida Medicaid planning . This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who thoroughly understands Probate and Florida Medicaid and is proficient with cloud-based tools and technology .

Responsibilities:

Prepare, file, and track Florida Medicaid applications Assist attorneys with estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish Coordinate with state agencies and other professionals Maintain organized digital client files using cloud technology Ensure compliance with Florida Medicaid rules and legal documentation standards

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English Minimum 1 year of professional Medicaid experience Please note: Experience helping a family member does not qualify. Estate planning legal experience in Florida (REQUIRED) Proficient with cloud-based software and modern office technology (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft 365) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for drafting and Medicaid Waitlisting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work onsite in our Boca Raton office While there will be training, 2 weeks or even a month is not enough for someone who does not have serious experience in Florida Medicaid.
