Randstad is recruiting for a Paralegal with great communication skills for a thriving legal practice. This position requires prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant and knowledge of legal software. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package. This is a large company offering opportunities for growth and advancement.

salary:

$60,000 – $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of Diminished Value and Workers’ Compensation cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to claims.
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appeals.
Communicate with clients,linsurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the legal process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Attend hearings and trials, providing support to attorneys during legal proceedings.
