Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced probate paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role involves preparing and maintaining detailed probate documents, managing client interactions, and ensuring timely filing of probate pleadings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in legal software, and committed to the advocacy of our clients’ probate needs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage probate documents and files. Draft and file probate pleadings and other legal documents. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information. This is a Customer Service role. Ensure all probate filings are completed through the e-filing portal. Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and prepare for hearings. Maintain accurate case and billing records. Input data into case management software and ensure all case costs are verified and recorded.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a probate paralegal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and familiar with the Florida e-filing portal. Strong understanding of probate court procedures and requirements across Florida counties. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred:

Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies.

Work Environment:

This position requires working onsite to facilitate team collaboration and access to legal resources.
