Real Estate Paralegal Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to support our client’s legal team in managing complex commercial real estate transactions, along with occasional residential closings. This onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, plays a key role in handling real estate transactions from contract to close and supporting a team of experienced legal professionals.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $110,000/year, based on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours Key Responsibilities of the
Real Estate Paralegal:
Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing Independently support multiple partners, managing all transactional elements for designated attorneys Conduct title searches and reviews using systems such as ATIDS or comparable platforms Prepare settlement statements and closing documents using closing software (e.g., ClosingVue or equivalent) Maintain accurate checklists, timelines, and documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, clients, and vendors to facilitate timely closings Prepare wire instructions and assemble closing binders Assist with due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and entity documents Collaborate with other paralegals and legal support staff to ensure successful transaction execution Qualifications and Skills for the
Real Estate Paralegal:
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a law firm focused on real estate Strong understanding of commercial and residential closing procedures Proficient with legal technology and closing platforms; ClosingVue and ATIDS experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with clients and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset Why Join Us?
