Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegals who can manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement. This is not a back-office role—our paralegals are frontline client advocates and case strategists who play a critical part in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients—clear, consistent communication is essential Manage medical treatment schedules and maintain detailed case notes Coordinate and schedule appointments with medical providers Collect and organize medical records and billing statements Prepare chronologies and case summaries to assist with demand preparation Draft and finalize settlement demands with attention to detail Handle liens, negotiate reductions, and work with providers to close cases efficiently Prepare closing statements and ensure accurate disbursement Monitor cases and ensure timely follow-ups and progress updates Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and clients regularly

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, preferably in pre-litigation Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Proficiency in case management software (Filevine a plus) Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
