BILINGUAL
(English/Spanish) pre-litigation legal assistant or paralegal. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client contact.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Handling property damage claims.
- Screening potential new clients.
- Contact with insurance companies.
- Interview witnesses.
- Requesting medical records and bills.
- Preparing demands.
- Maintain calendars and deadlines for case-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Legal experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
