Posted June 19, 2025NEW Established (15+ Years) Full Service Law Firm Seeking Pre-Litigation Paralegals in Boca Raton An established, high-volume law firm with over 15+ years in practice is seeking Pre-Litigation Paralegals with 2+ years of Personal Injury experience to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a fast-paced, in-office role for motivated professionals who thrive under pressure, enjoy direct client interaction, and want to play a strategic role in driving case outcomes from intake through settlement. The firm offers a performance-based monthly bonus program, hands-on training, and significant opportunities for career growth.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$55,000-$75,000+, contingent on experience Generous monthly bonus program tied to performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, team-based culture with advancement opportunities On-the-job training and continued learning programs Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, ideally in pre-litigation Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle Exceptional organization and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with independence and efficiency Proficiency in case management software (Filevine a plus) Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with clear and consistent communication Manage medical treatment schedules and maintain detailed case notes Schedule and coordinate medical appointments Obtain and organize medical records and billing statements Prepare case summaries and chronologies for demand packages Draft and finalize settlement demands with accuracy and clarity Negotiate liens and reductions with providers and finalize disbursements Prepare closing statements and handle case wrap-up Monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the case Collaborate regularly with attorneys, clients, and medical providers Benefits For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
