Location:

Boca Raton, FL (100% in-office)

Salary:

$75,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years of Florida Probate Paralegal experience (REQUIRED) ✔ Experience in Probate Administration and/or Probate Litigation ✔ Strong knowledge of Florida State Court e-filing, drafting pleadings, and motions

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess legal and financial documents Prepare Florida Probate pleadings for attorney review Analyze trusts and prepare trust accountings Coordinate legal, tax, and financial documentation Build and maintain client and professional relationships Use discretion when handling confidential information Work independently to meet deadlines Support attorneys and colleagues on projects as needed
