Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings, trust funding, and asset distributions. Communicate regularly with clients, financial planners, and accountants, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the administration process. Prepare Federal and State Estate Tax Returns, including Form 706, and fiduciary accountings. Handle real estate/deed work and support attorneys with related documentation. Utilize estate tax and document automation software, including ONESOURCE/Fast Tax and HotDocs, for efficient case processing. Maintain impeccable organization and records, ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal laws. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in trust and estate administration. Familiarity with probate procedures in New Jersey, New York, or Florida (multi-state experience is a plus). Superior communication and analytical skills—you’ll interact with clients and professionals at all levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and estate tax software such as ONESOURCE/Fast Tax. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a team environment. Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
