Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in drafting correspondence, obtaining medical records, drafting pleadings, responding to written discovery. Will be responsible for all scheduling and calendaring as well as communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. Review medical records and bills relating to auto accident and other personal injury matters in anticipation of mediations and trial. Draft civil remedy notices. Report and summarize clients’ medical records to attorneys. Communicating and negotiating with medical providers; lien resolution.
