Salary:

Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented andmotivated Paralegal to support our attorneys in the practice ofCommunity Association Law. The ideal candidate will have experiencein legal research, document preparation, and client communication,particularly in the context of association governance and realestate law.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legaldocuments including demand letters, lien notices, and foreclosurefilings. Assist attorneys with deed restriction enforcement andcovenant compliance matters. Conduct legal research and summarizefindings. Maintain and organize case files and client records.
Communicate with clients, board members, and opposing counsel.
Prepare for and support litigation and hearings as needed. Trackdeadlines and ensure timely filings with courts and administrativebodies.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificaterequired; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years ofexperience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate or communityassociation law. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Florida Statutes related to homeowners andcondominium associations. Experience with lien and foreclosureprocesses. Notary Public certification is a plus. Interested inhearing more? Easy Apply now by clicking the “Apply Now” button.
