Analyze medical recordsDraft chronologies, timelines or other summaries of documentation in medical recordsIdentify applicable standards of care in long term care and medical malpractice casesEvaluate case’s strengths and weaknessesEvaluate causation and damages issuesEducate attorneys and clients regarding relevant medical issuesParticipate in case management and case strategy discussionsAssist with preparation for and support during deposition, trial or alternative dispute resolution
Experience and Education
Strong background in medical setting: long term care or hospitalStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe)Interpersonal communication skillsActive license as RN
