Patriot Legal Group is looking for a professional, tech-savvy, and motivated Paralegal to support our attorneys in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Real Estate Law . If you’re someone who brings both heart and hustle to your work, we want to hear from you.

- What You’ll Do Be the warm, welcoming first voice clients hear—on the phone and in person Manage attorney calendars and legal deadlines using Outlook and our case management system Draft, edit, and organize legal documents and client communications Collect and manage information for court filings and petitions Coordinate mailings, legal notices, and certified record requests Communicate with personal representatives, beneficiaries, creditors, and others Maintain accurate electronic records in a nearly paperless office Create client estate planning binders and assist with signing meetings Track time and enter billing entries for client matters Support attorneys and clients at every stage of a legal matter •
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
Prior experience in Probate/Guardianship/Real Estate law within a law firm setting Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel , and Adobe Acrobat Experience with case management and document automation software Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional, courteous, and confident demeanor Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Preferred:
Experience with CRM and document management platforms Background as a veteran or military family member Notary public or interest in becoming one Knowledge of Florida probate/guardianship/real estate statutes, court procedures, and terminology
- Work Environment This is an in-office position located at our Auburndale, FL office. Remote work is not available for this role. Our office culture is team-oriented, client-focused, and fast-paced—no boring days here!
