We provide high-quality immigration support to Brazilians and clients of other nationalities , delivering ethical, personalized, and strategic assistance across various immigration processes. We are not a law firm. Our mission is to help clients achieve immigration stability and security with a dedicated and detail-oriented team. We are currently looking to expand our team with an experienced Immigration Paralegal , committed to excellence and results. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and file petitions for employment-based and residency visas:

EB1, EB2-NIW, EB3, H1B, H2B, O1, F1

, and others. Handle status extensions and changes , adjustment of status , and consular processes . Manage family-based immigration cases , including marriage to U.S. citizens , family petitions (I-130, I-485, I-751, etc.). Assist in humanitarian cases , such as VAWA , T and U Visas , and asylum . Conduct client interviews and collect sensitive information and documentation with empathy and accuracy. Draft declarations, organize evidence, and prepare complete packages for submission to USCIS . Track deadlines, respond to RFEs , NOIDs , and maintain case file organization. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case flow and client support. Requirements Degree or equivalent experience in Law, International Relations , or a related field. Proven experience in employment-based immigration (EB1, EB2-NIW, EB3, H1B, O1, H2B). Strong knowledge of family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration processes . Fluency in Portuguese and English , with excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines and cases simultaneously. Why Join Us?
