Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking a highly motivated and driven candidate to join the Pre-Suit team as a Legal Assistant. Primarily responsible for work that provides administrative support to the Attorney by performing the following duties:
Receives, verifies, organizes and sorts between critical and non critical paperwork and documentsEnters and maintains information, documents and records into various paper filesEdit client legal files in database format by uploading documents, reports, attachments and other dataType routine correspondence, memos or other office documents as directedOpen and sort incoming mail and prepare mail for deliveryRetrieve appropriate records and data as directedPrepare documents in batches for digital scanning by prioritizing workflowAnswer telephones, screen and route calls, take messages and answer routine questionsMaintain confidential and sensitive information Help for Employer Information.
