Applicants must have 5+ years of property and casualty insurance regulatory and compliance experience. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Regulatory Paralegal:

5+ years as a regulatory and compliance paralegal Prior experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance compliance and regulatory issues, including drafting and filing regulatory documents with state departments of insurance, is required Prior experience with general corporate governance issues, including entity management and supporting corporate secretary duties, is preferred Notary license required Experience working with the New York Department of Financial Services on regulatory filings is a plus Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced corporate environment Outstanding references Position Details of the

Pay:

The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications and credentials.
