RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, file, andserve all pleadings and other court documents in litigation Reviewpleadings and other documents filed by opposing counsel and otherparties in litigation Prepare and coordinate discovery requests andresponses Schedule depositions, mediations, expert witnesstestimony, etc Keep managing attorney(s) informed of alldevelopments and actions taken in a case Manage and coordinateschedule and deadlines for all cases assigned to managing attorneyMaintain positive relations with clients through regularcommunication Proof reading documents and letters

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a ParalegalCertificate 3 years of experience in personal injury and/oremployment & labor litigation High level of knowledge regarding keylegal concepts Demonstrated superior customer service skillsInnovative problem resolution and analytical skills Ability to workindependently Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fastpaced/dynamic environment Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Strong organizational and time managementskills Computer experience should include knowledge of Outlook andWord High level of professionalism and confidentiality Interestedin hearing more?
