Our law firm is small (currently 2 attorneys, 1 paralegal, 1 legal assistant), so employees are expected to assist with answering calls and assisting with general business matters as well. Our office hours are Mon-Thur, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., and Friday 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. While it is not an absolute requirement, being available to work full time would be ideal.
