Responsibilities Strong client-facing skills and people etiquette Efficient with Medical summaries Able to review and summarize documents for relevance Dictations/Transcribe legal proceedings and maintain accurate records of court filings. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for attorneys and clients. Organizing and archiving documents related to completed and ongoing cases. Skills Proficient in Microsoft office and outlook. Computer and phone savvy Professional email etiquette Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents. Experience with document review processes and transcribing legal materials. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
