Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in personal injury or medical malpractice. The Paralegal will support the attorney by preparing legal documents, handling client communications, and ensuring the efficient management of case files. Duties Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents. Manage and organize case files to ensure easy access and retrieval. Reviewing and analyzing discovery requests and assisting attorneys with discovery responses. Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, insurers, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case updates. Maintain accurate records and calendaring of all legal proceedings. Request and organize Medical Bills and Records. Experience Previous experience working in a law office or as a Paralegal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
