Job duties include preparing template pleadings and assisting in the preparation of substantive pleadings; scheduling case related events to include depositions, mediation, and hearings; organizing file materials; assisting the attorney prepare for mediations and hearings; and communicating with relevant persons to include the client, courts, and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate must have experience with e-filing systems to include Odyssey, Peachcourt, and Pacer and must be proficient in word, adobe, excel, and outlook. Experience with Filevine preferred but not required. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work effectively in an independent setting, have strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills, be a team player, follow direction, and be at ease communicating with persons with differing backgrounds and education levels. Salary commensurate with experience in the range of $60K- 80K.
