Paralegal – Litigation Defense Team Rahimi, Hughes & Padgett, LLC Savannah, GA 31410 Law firm has immediate need for a Paralegal to join a litigation defense team. Ideal candidate has at least three years of litigation defense experience and a paralegal degree or certificate from an accredited institution.
Responsibilities and preferred skills include:
Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines Preparing draft discovery requests, responses, and summaries; Procuring medical records; Summarizing various records (medical; employment; etc.); Preparing detailed medical chronology and medical billing chart; Excellent communication skills; Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Manage high-volume caseload; Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality; Work closely with attorneys in handling all aspects of case management and trial preparation
