You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process. Essential Job Duties Drafting correspondence, motions, discovery, and/or pleadings Compiling organizing, redacting, and labeling documents for production Docketing and managing deadlines Communicating with clients Requesting and reviewing medical records Creating medical chronologies Proofreading The Ideal Candidate Excellent people skills Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Prioritize tasks and work independently Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software Familiarity with relevant laws in the areas of personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance Knowledge of medical terms common to personal injury cases Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies
