Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal tosupport a dynamic Commercial Real Estate team. This role is idealfor a detail-oriented professional with deep experience in retailleasing, acquisitions, and real estate portfolio management acrossmultiple states. This opportunity is full time and direct hire.
What You’ll Do Review and manage title commitments, surveys, andenvironmental reports Draft and negotiate leases, purchaseagreements, easements, and closing documents Maintain electroniclegal files and track critical dates Support lease administration,including estoppels and SNDAs Lead eminent domain proceedings andnegotiate compensation Collaborate with internal teams and titlecompanies to ensure smooth closings Provide legal supportthroughout the transaction lifecycle What We’re Looking For 10years of experience in commercial real estate (in-house and/or lawfirm) Strong knowledge of retail leasing, ground leases, andcondemnation actions Excellent drafting, organizational, andcommunication skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and tools likeCoStar, Dealpath, Lucernex Bachelor’s degree required Why Join theCompany?
