Job Description:

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a LitigationLegal Assistant in their Midtown Atlanta office. This is apermanent, direct-hire position with the flexibility to work fromhome one or two days weekly, once trained.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

Providing legal administrative support to busylitigation attorneys Drafting, proofing, editing, and formattinglegal correspondence and legal documents E-filing in both State andFederal courts Perform conflict checks Preparing documentproductions Prepare notebooks and exhibits Keeping attorneys awareof upcoming deadlines and managing attorney calendars Schedulingmeetings, conference calls, and business engagements Preparingmaterials for client meetings and update client contact listsAssisting with travel expenses and arrangements, including airline,car, and hotel reservations, and preparing expense reimbursementreports Tracking attorney CLE credits Assisting with administrativeduties that include helping with phones, filing, scanning, mail

Requirements:
