Job Summary Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support a dynamic Commercial Real Estate team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep experience in retail leasing, acquisitions, and real estate portfolio management across multiple states. This opportunity is full time and direct hire. What You’ll Do Review and manage title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports
Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, easements, and closing documents
Maintain electronic legal files and track critical dates
Support lease administration, including estoppels and SNDAs
Lead eminent domain proceedings and negotiate compensation
Collaborate with internal teams and title companies to ensure smooth closings
Provide legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate (in-house and/or law firm)
Strong knowledge of retail leasing, ground leases, and condemnation actions
Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and tools like CoStar, Dealpath, Lucernex
