The Real Estate Closing Paralegal will assist real estate attorneys with all tasks related to the residential real estate closing process, which includes managing a high volume of files and multi-tasking in collaborating with lenders and agents, HOA interaction, obtaining taxes, etc. Applicants will ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of residential closing experience. Experience with commercial closings and using SoftPro is a plus. This individual should also be personable, hardworking, and have excellent community skills.

Salary:

Starting at $55,000, DOE + extensive benefits package + discretionary annual bonuses. Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter offers a relaxed, business casual work environment.
