This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and work on challenging and rewarding cases in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general legal secretarial duties, including document preparation, calendaring, and file maintenance Assist with case management and litigation support from case initiation through trial Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Coordinate electronic filing and recording of legal documents in accordance with Georgia Superior Court Rules Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner Track and manage billable hours and ensure timely submission of billing Provide support in eminent domain, condemnation, and real estate matters when applicable

Requirements:

Prior law firm experience in litigation is required Working knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules, electronic filing, and recording procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Experience with eminent domain, condemnations, or real estate law is a strong plus Paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
