Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal The Hooker Law Group, LLC Atlanta, GA 30318 • Hybrid work We are looking for a self-motivated Legal Assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. We are looking for someone to handle all social media accounts and perform basic office administration. Candidates should be hardworking, have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish speaker. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness Handle communication with clients on status of their claims Communicate with insurance agencies, medical providers to gather documents for cases Assist with the administration and management of workflow Locate and develop case relevant information Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain contact lists Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars Handle all social media accounts Maintain website handling Skills Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Computer literacy Proficiency in English & Spanish Detail-oriented Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
