Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of business litigation and probate matters. Draft pleadings, discovery, and court filings. Manage case files and maintain organized electronic records. Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing materials. Assist with document review and production. Communicate professionally with clients and court staff. Meet a billable hour requirement of 1,500 hours per year. Maintain absolute confidentiality in handling sensitive client matters.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation and/or probate matters. Strong understanding of Georgia civil procedure and court rules. Excellent drafting, organizational, and case management skills. Proficiency in cloud-based software and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional demeanor and ability to work discreetly. Ability to work onsite in downtown Atlanta; potential for hybrid schedule after several months of successful performance. Driven to meet billable hour and performance goals — with the potential for a significant bonus after the first 90 days based on performance.
