Experienced Immigration Paralegal Law Office of Cherie E. Cookorinis, P.C. Sandy Springs, GA 30350 Position Summary Are you a passionate immigration paralegal looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, mission-driven law firm? Sandy Springs/Perimeter area law firm practicing business and family immigration law seeks a full-time Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Family Immigration matters including: Family based petitions Consular Immigrant visa processing Naturalizations Non-Consular Green Card Applications, U and T visas, Military PIP and VAWA cases, B-2 Extensions, and Change of Status to F-1 matters

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of solid experience in immigration law, specifically in family-based cases Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish required Demonstrated expertise preparing and filing USCIS and NVC applications Proficiency in handling humanitarian relief cases (e.g., VAWA, U-visas) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in fast-paced office environment Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and compassion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with legal case management software such as
