Immigration Specialist/Paralegal – Bilingual (Korean) Immigration Law Office of Hyon C Lee PC 3296 Summit Ridge Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096 The Immigration Law Office of Hyon C Lee PC, an immigration law firm in Duluth, GA, is seeking a full-time Immigration Specialist (Bilingual—Korean). A legal background is not required, but experience in a law office or legal writing is preferable. A background in academics is also desirable. This position is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in immigration law to receive training and exposure to the field of immigration law and to advance professional careers. Main Responsibilities Draft and prepare immigration forms and supporting letters based on information and documents Research and analyze facts and laws Communicate with clients effectively in Korean and English, etc. Required Qualifications Excellent writing, editing, research, and critical thinking skills Bachelor’s or higher degree (preferably in English, Communication, or Law) Fluency in Korean (Communicative), preferable Strong attention to detail Excellent client service skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Ability to maintain a professional demeanor Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) If qualified, visa sponsorship or green card sponsorship is available.
