This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic legal team. The position offers competitive compensation and the chance to work in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Drafting, transcribing, proofreading, editing, and filing court documents and related correspondence, memorandum, pleadings, and related documents. E-filing and paper filing documents with local, state, federal, and appellate courts. Maintaining team and court calendars and keeping attorneys aware of scheduled events and approaching deadlines. Assisting fellow workers and/or other attorneys as needed and requested. Managing discovery including responding to discovery responses and propounding discovery. Utilizing e-Discovery knowledge including responding to e-Discovery responses. Preparing for trials and assisting attorneys throughout the trial process. Qualifications 3+ years of insurance defense experience required. 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required. Experience with Worldox and Orion is a plus. Billable hours experience required (1200/year). Ability to work with 2-3 associates managing an average case load of 120 files. Required Work Hours Monday – Friday, standard business hours. Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
