Legal Assistant Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals at an established litigation law firm. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and knowledge of legal procedures and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence. + Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents (pleadings, briefs, contracts, etc.). + Conduct legal research and gather case-related information. + Organize and maintain case files and track deadlines. + Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external contacts. + Support billing processes and time tracking.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Associate’s degree or higher in paralegal studies or related field. + 2+ years’ experience in legal support roles. + Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). + Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. + Discretion in handling sensitive information.
