Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are a must. Our law firm is looking for a superstar Legal Assistant, a team player who is a quick learner with strong administrative skills, computer savvy and wants to be our ambassador of first impressions. We need someone who can help us take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact with the firm, preparing legal documents and providing general administrative support. Your basic responsibilities:
Prepare and send Letter of Representation. Communicate with potential and existing clients in person, by phone and email. Correspond and file claims with insurance adjusters. Perform basic administrative tasks – draft documents, copy, scan, file. Support team members. Follow the case file indexing system for all ongoing and completed cases. Maintain the firm and client confidentiality. Request client medical records and bills.

You must be available to work and be in the office Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. You must have strong administrative skills and be detail-oriented. You must be comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systems. You must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
