Key Responsibilities:
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and correspondence Manage probate case files, court deadlines, and client communication Assist attorneys with estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Coordinate client meetings and maintain client contact throughout the process Organize, scan, and maintain digital case files Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent client service
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment required Probate experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
